Boscolo Hotel Exedra
Boscolo Hotel Exedra — Five-Star Luxury

The Project
Scope: Architectural Design & Construction Supervision
In the heart of Milan, the Boscolo Hotel (now Palazzo Matteotti) represents a bold fusion of luxury, art and avant-garde architecture. Our studio led the overall architectural design and construction supervision, transforming a historic 1920s building into an icon of contemporary hospitality.
Our work managed the structural and building-services complexity needed to support a visionary design, ensuring that its aesthetic boldness met the functional requirements of a five-star luxury hotel.

Outstanding Collaborations
The distinctive character of the interiors grew from creative collaboration with leading figures in Italian design:
Interiors & Common Spaces (Architect Italo Rota):
We coordinated the delivery of Italo Rota’s visionary concept for the lobby, restaurant, bar and guest rooms. These spaces are defined by theatrical eclecticism, where LED lighting, vibrant colours and reflective materials create a dreamlike atmosphere. From the light sculptures in the lobby to the terrace overlooking the Duomo’s spires, every architectural detail was considered to enhance the guest’s sensory experience.

Wellness & SPA Area (Architect Simone Micheli):
For the exclusive SPA, our collaboration with Simone Micheli created a fluid, futuristic environment. Curved walls, mirrored spheres and interplays of light define an enveloping, “liquid” space. Our technical role was crucial in integrating complex wellness technologies into an organic design without sharp edges.

Result
A complete architectural work that is not just a hotel, but a habitable museum in central Milan, where our architectural management enabled the most imaginative design to become a built reality.
